GOODS DAMAGED IN SHIPMENT
The shipping company is responsible for any damage that occurs after it takes physical custody of the goods. If a customer receives goods damaged in shipment, the customer should follow this procedure:
a) If the driver is present, refuse delivery. Before the driver leaves, document on the delivery receipt the number of items and/or boxes which appear to be damaged.
b) If the driver is not present, save the damaged goods or boxes for inspection by the shipping agent.

Overnight = 2 business days
